I went this restaurant today along with a friend who’s gon here multiple times and we both had the worst experience ever. The waitress we had was amazing but the chef or manager I would say. Rude and unprofessional. I ordered the crawfish fettuccine and I was highly disappointed with the taste , and look. It was very bland, I added salt and pepper did nothing . My waitress noticed my food wasn’t eating and I told her about the situation and that the food was unappealing. She offered to bring something else out and take off the last item off my bill. Later on in speaking to her manager he told her that the food couldn’t been taking off the bill. Multiple times she’s went back to her manager and we even asked to speak to him and he denied to speak to among not taking the food off our bill. It’s not the price of the item, $12 is nothing. But as a customer, and after being dissatisfied and not even touching the food why would you not opt for customer service. And to not even speak to the customer after multiple attempts ? Highly disappointed. As a black owned business we have to learn to treat our customers better !
