First evening in Edinburgh and we found this pub. Really nice ambience, quite relaxing. There is a huge central circular bar that divides the drinking zone from the dinner area. You can have a really nice dinner also sitting on a sofa close to the window. Really nice place!

A bit noisy due to Rangers-PSV match on the TV screens with excitable audience. Much quieter about 20 minutes after end of match. Good beer selection and the ambience is good.

As always an excellent bar , most of the staff were lovely but a couple were more in love with themselves than the job , maybe just having an off night , in general still one of the best local bars well managed and run.
