Fantastic service and value for money. Great fish and chips and lovely staff. Great and warm welcome and Covid SAFE. All the food is fresh and local and the fish used is line caught only and you can really Taste the difference. Enjoy the experience and they also offer a takeaway and home delivery service.

I sat in side I had cod chips and mushy peas it was a very generous portion. The chips were cooked to perfection the batter on the fish was light and crisp. There is quite a wait for take away so it is a good idea to phone with your order. They need to organise them selves a bit better behind the counter to improve the service.

The owner of this fish and chip shop is absolutely lovely, she should give lectures on customer service! She is always polite and friendly and she kindly gave my dog a sausage on the house whilst we sat outside having cups of tea. Food is also very reasonably priced and great value for money. A great addition to the village of birchington.

The owner came out to us who were a big family of 12. All I can say is how fantastic it was. Each food was hot fresh and all good quality. Was a shame we only found it on our last day. This is open. And it’s well worth a visit!

Went with my step daughter for lunch I had cod and chips which was ordinary. My step daughter ordered nuggets and chips, the waitress dropped 2 of the nuggets on the floor when serving, but obviously didn’t want to tell her boss, nuggets weren’t replaced & no discount offered. Also I asked for mayonnaise and was given mustard. A Birchington resident who won’t be returning
