Placed a order this evening for collection online and payment was took, literally an hour later we was still waiting for it. We had to go into the west Bridgford branch anyway to collect it to be told that the system was down and they will refund us! It will take 3-4 days and just to reorder!! I argued it, I had order number and proof of payment to show the money was taken out my account! I just wanted what I ordered and paid for.I didn’t want a refund.
