Lol menu states “over 12 flavours of ice cream” look at my pictures. Barely twwo and half flavours. The ice cream look. Months if not a year old and scraped to. The bottom. Hardly “fresh” like they claim. We waiting for over 20 mins with not even a look from the staff in our direction. We asked if we can order and all we get is “1 min bro” we waited another 15/20 mins and decided to leave as they were not clearly bothered about us. Disgusting customer service. And it wasn’t even that busy. Grown men struggling with a few milkshakes.. This place does not even deserve to be open.. Cash only too which is a thumbs down.

The customer service is great and the workers are so so kind. They also give out free English translated Qur’an’s and leaflets and books about Islam if you want to find more about the religion whether you’re Muslim or not. The food is also very nice.

I went just before the closing time therefore there were no toppings left however, I enjoyed the fresh waffles here. I also wanted to get cookie dough but this was also out of stock. They have seating and the shop is clean and well kept and the service was good too. They also accept card here so that makes it more convenient. Sadly it is on a busy main road therefore parking can be an issue. Overall I would recommend (just not before closing).

Still don’t accept card! Grr. Else can’t fault the quality of the food here. Does take a little longer to serve as it’s freshly grilled. restaurant is a lot cleaner than it used to be. Keep it up. It’s about time they accept card. Been around long enough. Else easy 5 stars.
