This place always surprises me. It looks like a cafe and serves cafe things but the variety and quality rivals most pubs and restaurants. On the weekend it’s easily the busiest place in the town after the supermarkets. Ample friendly and attentive staff. You don’t have to wait long but it’s obvious that everything is made to order. Proper tea leaves, coffee to make the Italians jealous, and a homemade hollandaise that would make Ramsay proud.

Greeted as soon as I came in, friendly and attentive staff and brilliant food. I had the maxi breakfast with extra black pudding. All cooked very well, far too much to eat, but was worth every penny. Reasonably priced and I was not hassled by staff whilst eating. Fabulous job. Thank you
